Led by husband-and-wife team Damian Del Pizzo and Gianna Del Pizzo, this private dining experience brings together authentic Italian heritage, culinary expertise, and personalized hospitality.
Chef Damian was raised in an Italian family and developed his passion for traditional cooking from an early age, blending classic family recipes with modern culinary techniques. With formal training in restaurant management and culinary arts, along with experience in acclaimed professional kitchens, he creates thoughtfully curated dining experiences designed to feel both elevated and welcoming.
Gianna brings a warm, guest-focused touch to every experience, helping ensure each private dinner feels seamless, personal, and memorable. Together, they create a unique in-villa dining experience centered around exceptional food, hospitality, and meaningful moments shared with family and friends.

All dietary restrictions, food allergies, and special meal preferences will be discussed during your initial menu consultation. We encourage guests to share any dietary needs in advance so the chef can properly customize the experience for your group.
Cancellation Policy
Private chef reservations may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled dining date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reserved date are non-refundable, as menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling preparations may already be in progress.
